ACCOMMODATION AGREEMENT

* Prices include VAT.
* Services included and not included in the sales price are detailed in the hotel factsheet.
* Identity and age checks are performed during check-in. Child age is based on hotel c/in date. The difference will be charged at the check in time of entry to the hotel İn case of incorrect or incomplete declaration.
*Children 0-3 years old are free.
* The first child between the ages of 4-11 is free with two adults.
* %50 is charged for the 2nd child aged between 4-11 with two adults.
* Making special requests does not put the hotel under any commitment. Rizom Holiday Village can meet special requests based on availability. The hotel may charge a fee for these requests.
* Check-in time is 02:00 p.m, check-out time is 12:00(noon). The hotel is not obliged to give a room before the check-in time. The hotel charges half of the one-day stay fee for the hotel usage until 18:00 provided that the room is evacuated at 12:00 (noon) and charges the entire one-day stay fee for the hotel usage after 18:00 provided that the room is evacuated at 12:00 (noon)
* Breakfast and lunch is charged at the check-in time before the specified check-in time and lunch is charged for late check-outs.
* It is forbidden to enter the women's section with cameras, phones with camera, with electronic devices capable of taking pictures or videos. Legal action will be taken against guests who do not comply with these conditions.
* Boys aged 6 and over are prohibited to enter to the women's section.
* Girls aged 6 and over are prohibited to enter the men's section.
* Dress code applies in common areas.
* The Marmara Sea is an inland sea connecting the Aegean and Black Sea. Marmara sea is less salty than other seas. This situation provides an environment for aquatic plants and algae production in the sea. For this reason, although the samples taken are clean, As a view, sea may not be preferable to swim
* Domestic animals are not allowed.
* Outside visitors of our guests staying at the hotel will not be admitted to the hotel based on the decision taken by the board of directors. The daily usage conditions and fee are applied for the visitor in case of the guest's approval

CANCELLATION AND CHANGE PROCEDURE

* In order to guarantee your reservation, the total cost of stay must be paid during the time of booking.
* Changes on booking dates are accepted according to the occupancy of the hotel and in the following cases.
* If the confirmed reservation is cancelled more than 15 days before the check-in date, 5% of the payment will be deducted as the service fee and the remaining amount will be refunded.
*In case of cancellation or change request 7 days or more before the confirmed booking check in date, 40% No Show fee will be applied to the total accommodation amount and the remaining amount will be refunded.
* In case of a cancellation or change request 7 days or less before the confirmed booking arrival date, the payment will not be refunded. 100% No Show fee is applied.
*At the booking stage; after %5 the service fee no show deduction, remaining amound is refunded back for the bookings remaining 7 days to check in date to the hotel in cases such as deaths, illness or accident those are documented with the reports received from official health institutions. (the hotel reserves the right not to accept the report) * If you do not enter the hotel without cancellation, the accommodation fee will not be refunded. In case of check-in one or more day after the check-in date, the price of the day not staying at the hotel is not refundable, no show is applied.
* During your stay at the hotel; %5 the service fee no show deduction of the nights you not stay is applied, %95 isrefunded in cases such as deaths, illness or accident those are documented with the reports received from official health institutions. (the hotel reserves the right not to accept the report) . In case of leaving the hotel early for any reason other than these reasons, the stay fees of the remaining periods (remaining night (s)) are not refundable and 100% no show fee is applied.
* In cases stay fees need to be refunded, returns are made to the credit card or the same account according to the payment method you did.
* 5% honeymoon discount is applied to honeymoon rooms if 3 months have passed since the wedding date. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with the early booking discount. Honeymoon couples have to show their marriage certificate at check-in. Otherwise, they will not be able to benefit from the honeymoon discount.
*Booking that is not paid within 2 business days is not confirmed and will be cancelled unilaterally.
*To be valid for 2021 stays, the booking change (number of persons, room type) will be applied with the quota prices appropriate to the conditions of the day of the request.
* During the pandemic time, there may be changes in the services due to the circulars and restrictions that applied by the authorities. The hotel is not responsible for any changes that may arise from such arrangements.
* Rizom Holiday Village has the right to unilaterally cancel this contract and change the prices if it wishes.
* All the guests who book a room by making the payment are deemed to have accepted all of these conditions.
